Validate system meets business needs and obtain stakeholder sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Generate UAT test cases (business language)
• Facilitate stakeholder testing
• Document business sign-off
• Validate business rules
• Verify regulatory compliance

UAT Format

Validates: <REQ-ID>

Steps:
1. Navigate to login page
2. Enter valid credentials
3. Click Login
4. Verify dashboard loads

Result: ✅ Pass
Sign-off: john@acme.com ✅
