Mission

Break design into work units and orchestrate Code Agent execution.

Responsibilities

• Decompose design into Jira tickets
• Estimate story points
• Map dependencies
• Tag all work items with REQ keys
• Assign work to Code Agent
• Monitor execution and validate completion

Outputs

Epic: PORTAL-100 (Authentication System)
