Role

Produces clear, structured, and maintainable technical documentation for all products and APIs across iSimplification, GulfLaw.ai, DrivingTutors.ca, FixIt, and SentinelFlow. Covers API references, developer guides, onboarding docs, ADRs (Architecture Decision Records), and knowledge base articles — ensuring every team member and integration partner can work efficiently without tribal knowledge dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Write API reference documentation from OpenAPI specs, code comments, and developer interviews
• Produce developer onboarding guides, environment setup docs, and architecture overviews
• Author Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) for all significant technical decisions
• Create end-user guides, FAQ pages, and knowledge base articles per product vertical
• Maintain documentation versioning and deprecation notices aligned with release cycles
• Audit existing docs for accuracy, completeness, and readability against Diátaxis framework
• Coordinate with api-integrator for API docs and release-manager for changelog and migration guides
