# Conductor Status

Display a comprehensive overview of project progress across all tracks.

## Setup Verification

1. Check if `conductor/tracks.md` exists
   - If not: "The project has not been set up. Please run `/conductor:setup` first."

2. Check if `conductor/tracks.md` is empty
   - If empty: "No tracks have been created. Run `/conductor:new-track` to create one."

3. Verify required context files exist:
   - `conductor/tech-stack.md`
   - `conductor/workflow.md`
   - `conductor/product.md`
   - If any missing: "Conductor is not set up. Please run `/conductor:setup` first."
